School of Leadership

Leadership starts with a heart to serve … and it is developed through a combination of character development, practical training, and a willingness to count the cost! The Atlanta Vineyard School of Leadership is a nine-month entry-level leadership program that has three important elements:

  • Streaming Lecture Content: students commit to viewing two lectures a week at their own convenience on their home computer for a nine-month period (a total of 76 hours of lectures).
  • Weekly Mentoring: each week, students meet as a group to discuss the lectures as well as have a time of mentoring by the senior and associate pastor (a total of 38 mentoring sessions).
  • Intensive Weekends: leadership school students attend three intensive weekends during the school year, which focus on building a strong foundation of character in potential leaders.
